Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team in Stoke-on-Trent, UK. This role involves handling goods, preparing orders, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with good physical fitness to handle manual work. They will be responsible for loading and unloading goods for storage and distribution, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, maintaining inventory accuracy by updating stock records, keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized, operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts if qualified, and following health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will require good attention to detail and accuracy in stock management, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, flexible working hours including potential shifts and overtime, and a forklift license is a plus.
