**Company Overview:** Our client, Auto Skills UK, is a reputable business seeking an experienced Level 3 Qualified MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician to join their friendly team.
**Salary and Benefits:** The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of up to £36,000 and an on-target earnings (OTE) of £44,000.
**Job Description:** As an MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for testing tyres, wheel alignment, exhausts, batteries, basic and advanced suspension and brakes. You must be flexible and hard working to deal with fluctuating work loads.
**Responsibilities:*
- Flexible approach as Vehicle Technician work needed when MOT Testing is quiet
- Testing various vehicle components while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Keeping accurate records and meeting demand in efficiency without compromising quality
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To excel in this role, you must possess a valid MOT Licence Class 4, the ability to work as part of a team, a genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service, and a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). A time-conscious and positive individual is essential for this position.
