Construction Commercial Specialist in Devon

Sphere Solutions Ltd is recruiting a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor for our construction clients in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will provide commercial support for build & civils projects, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial reports and provide financial performance forecasts.
- Conduct physical measurements of works and negotiate agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Manage sub-contractor procurement and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Perform valuations, invoice clients, and finalize accounts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a contractor, within Civils or Build.
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits and Remuneration
- Up to £67,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
