This is a challenging role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of energy power and renewable projects across the country from our London office.

OCC Computer Personnel, an international provider of innovative mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering solutions, offers best-in-class contracting services with in-house resources. Their core sectors include energy, power and renewables, pharma, food and beverage, and data centres.

With over 40 years of experience, they have delivered projects for Irish and multinational clients globally. They are currently expanding significantly and delivering large-scale projects across Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage commercial requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Oversee the interface between the client's commercial team.
  3. Lead project procurement, including subcontractors.
  4. Conduct cost and risk analysis.
  5. Review incoming correspondence from employers, design teams, and subcontractors.
  6. Provide project costing and cashflow reports.
Requirements

Candidates must hold a third-level qualification in construction economics or quantity surveying and possess at least five years' experience working as an electrical surveyor. Previous experience in the electrical field is essential.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
