We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead to join our team at Zen3 Infosolutions. As a Frontend Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of our frontend applications, ensuring they are well-maintained, future-proofed, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features and ensure they are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Build reusable code and libraries to improve development speed and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability to meet business needs.
  • Validate user input to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in frontend development, with a focus on JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Knowledge of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
  • Experience with ReactJS, Angular, or KnockoutJS.
  • Basic knowledge of server-side code, preferably.NET MVC or PHP.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to resolve them.
  • Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git or SVN.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile Sprint-based development environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience.
