Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-School Room Leader to join our team at Paint Pots Nurseries and Pre-schools.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pre-school room, ensuring that staff performance is at its highest level, and that children and staff are motivated and enthusiastic.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the setting is a safe and stimulating environment for children, staff, and others.
  2. Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to increase their involvement in their child's development.
  3. Lead and work as part of a team to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the room.
  4. Collaborate with the manager, deputy manager, and wider support team to ensure high standards of care and education.
  5. Maintain accurate records and assessments of children's development, progress, and attainment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification
