About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Sales Executive to join our team at Adroit Staffing. As a Community Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local communities, engaging with customers, and achieving sales success through exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Engagement: Connect with local communities, understand their needs, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with your manager to create winning sales strategies and territory plans that drive results.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: With an uncapped commission structure, you have the opportunity to earn beyond expectations by exceeding KPIs and targets.

- Requirements:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or customer engagement, particularly in the telecoms, utility, or charity sectors.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting.
The Package:
- Competitive Base Salary: £25k + uncapped commission
