Key Responsibilities

As a Department Manager at Kurt Geiger, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met. This includes being a role model for your team and embodying the Kurt Geiger service standards.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Meet and maintain all store and company sales targets, policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with your team and Senior Management to drive business results.
  • Maintain a high-performing team through effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations, and coaching on areas of development.
  • Protect the Kurt Geiger brand and ensure all team members meet personal presentation standards.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a high-turnover, fast-paced store or concession management role.
  • A background in a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand, with luxury experience preferred.
  • A proven ability to drive a large team and represent the Kurt Geiger brand in every way.
