About the Opportunity

We are pleased to offer a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate opportunity with a Legal 500 ranked, international practice.

This international firm boasts a strong reputation across Scotland, with a highly regarded Corporate team in Aberdeen. With rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500, they seek to add a skilled corporate Solicitor to bolster their expanding practice.

This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded international firm, noted for their impressive array of clients and regular awards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a variety of corporate instructions including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.
  • Play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partner, nurturing local and wider client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe.
  • Join an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors complete spectrum of corporate services.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An established Corporate Solicitor, with a growing network of connections across Scotland.
  • Enthused by undertaking a lead role and support in client tenders/ business development.
  • Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Scotland.
  • Strong work ethic and commercial acumen.
  • Motivated to progress and drive growth.
