Support Companion for Autistic Individual

UKCIL Ltd is seeking a Support Companion to provide companionship and personal care to an autistic individual living in Bristol. The successful candidate will work alternate shifts with the existing Personal Assistant and require a high level of empathy and understanding when interacting with the client.

The ideal candidate should have experience supporting individuals with autism and complex needs, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. They should also be able to drive and have a valid license, as well as be willing to support the client's dog walking.

The salary for this role is £12 per hour on weekdays, and the working hours are approximately 15.5 hours per week. The client requires assistance with various tasks, including cooking, cleaning, managing health conditions, and planning journeys to access the community.
