About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our market-leading Insurance and Reinsurance team in London. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to advise and represent insurers and reinsurers in complex disputes, leveraging your expertise in Financial Lines, Directors & Officers, and Warranty & Indemnity coverage issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on insurance and reinsurance disputes, leveraging your knowledge of policy wordings and endorsements.
  • Develop and implement case strategies, drafting complex documents with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging issues and trends in the insurance and reinsurance sector, applying your knowledge to drive business development and growth.
