This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients, providing dedicated support services for deskside and print. As part of a highly committed support team, you will be fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager, Team Leader, and colleagues in every aspect of your work.
Key responsibilities include addressing various tickets throughout the day, resolving each one sympathetically, pragmatically, and with a strong sense of customer service. You will have direct influence on people\u2019s day-to-day working life, making a real difference in their productivity and job satisfaction.
In addition to a broad and varied day, there is the opportunity to participate in an on-call rota (optional), for which additional overtime and standby would be provided.
Requirements:
- Previous experience resolving deskside problems sitting with the user
- Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
- Confidence in addressing break/fix issues
- Any Apple OSX, IoS and Mac experience would be desirable but certainly not essential
- Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting
