Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team in West London. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies across various categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in FMCG and food sourcing. You will possess excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement sourcing strategies to ensure market-leading operations and output.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as key clients, to deliver cost savings and improve supply chain resilience.
  • Assess and mitigate commodity risk, monitor market trends, and devise strategies to reduce issues.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainable sourcing practices and contract management.
Requirements
  • End-to-end procurement experience in FMCG/Retail/Food & Beverages/Hospitality sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders/suppliers.
  • Experience in food procurement, raw materials, ingredients, and agricultural commodities.
  • Able to achieve cost savings against volatile/changing market conditions.
Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be £45,000 + 10% bonus, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.
