Job Overview:

This is a temporary to permanent position, working 32.5-37.5 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.50 + commission.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by selling our flooring solutions to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our range of flooring solutions.
  • Take precise measurements and provide consultations to customers at their homes.
  • Update customer details using CRM software.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Support colleagues within the store.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in the carpet/flooring industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A basic understanding of cutting/laying carpets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A neat and professional appearance.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, target-driven, and has excellent communication skills.
