Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts and help drive the growth of our organization.
As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Managing a team of recruiters to ensure strong performance and development through coaching and feedback
- Collaborating with leadership to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Optimizing recruitment processes through data-driven strategies to improve sourcing and hiring efficiencies
Qualifications:
- 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of performance management within a talent acquisition team
- Proven ability to develop data-driven recruitment strategies and track team performance metrics
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
