Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll / Accounts Administrator to join our team at NC Associates. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for our contractors and providing general accounts administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Liaise with contractors to resolve any queries or issues
- Manage and maintain accurate records of payroll and accounts administration
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment
- Provide general administrative support, including managing post, inbox, and filing
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Sage Payroll / Sage 200 (desirable)
