Job Title: Payroll Executive

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing a leading manufacturing company in their search for a skilled Payroll Executive to join their team in Ruabon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of payroll processing for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Calculate and pay wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits, garnishments) in a timely manner.
  • Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other related payroll data for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure that all employee information is updated in the payroll system.
  • Coordinate with the HR department for any changes in employee status (new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, etc.).
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of payroll regulations and the ability to work closely with the HR and Finance departments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
What Our Client Offers:
  • A competitive salary of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A day position with a flexible schedule, including Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 5.15 pm and Friday 4.15 pm.
  • A permanent role with full-time and part-time candidates being considered.
  • Every second Friday off.
