Care Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at the Bolton office. As a key member of our domiciliary care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible care for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff rotas and ensure all calls are covered.
  • Liaise with hospitals, GPs, social services, and families to provide exceptional care.
  • Conduct assessments and reviews to maintain top care standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care is essential.
  • Strong IT skills and excellent organisational abilities.
  • A full driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Salary: £26,000 per annum. Benefits include career progression opportunities, a generous bonus scheme, 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and free parking.
