Job Summary

About the Role
This position involves providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and developing and maintaining care plans tailored to individual needs. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can build genuine relationships with service users and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent care standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to enable service users to lead fulfilling lives
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment that promotes well-being
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet service users' needs

Benefits of Working with Walsingham Support

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, rising to 38 days with length of service, double pay for bank holidays, pension scheme contributions, and life assurance equal to three times salary.
