Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales and distribution operations in the region, working closely with our customers and partners to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and distribution operations in the Netherlands, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in the flooring industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and distribution operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners in both languages.
