We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless online sales experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to keep them informed about the progress of their order.
  • Verify that all work is completed on time by the Aftersales department before collection.
  • Collaborate with the documents and logistics team to ensure the vehicle can be delivered to the customer.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers and respond to any queries after the customer has taken ownership of the vehicle.
  • Ensure that all customer feedback is captured and reported to the Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Confident and positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good learner with a willingness to develop further.
  • Strong team player.
  • Flexible.
  • IT and PC literate to an intermediate level.
