Job Description:
- Process payroll from client information.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries.
- Provide a support service to other departments on client payroll and PAYE matters.
- Maintain accurate and concise record systems.
- Manage internal relationships and deal with third party queries (HMRC, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Handle client data.
- Deal with ad hoc queries.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI and auto enrolment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent soft skills and customer service skills.
