Job Description:

  • Process payroll from client information.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries.
  • Provide a support service to other departments on client payroll and PAYE matters.
  • Maintain accurate and concise record systems.
  • Manage internal relationships and deal with third party queries (HMRC, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare reports and documentation.
  2. Handle client data.
  3. Deal with ad hoc queries.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI and auto enrolment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent soft skills and customer service skills.
