About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club in Chafford Hundred.

As a Senior Spa Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a wide range of holistic and maintenance treatments to our clients.

Our Spa is dedicated to providing a luxurious experience for our members and clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to providing the highest level of treatment quality.

About the Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent customer service skills, a customer-focused attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a spa environment is desirable, but not essential. We are willing to provide training and development opportunities to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a wide range of holistic and maintenance treatments to clients
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and promote products to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve treatment skills
Requirements
  • NVQ Beauty Level 3 essential
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in a spa environment desirable
