We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities and possess a caring and resilient nature.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing therapeutic care and support to patients with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs
  • Observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions
  • Assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience of working within a social care setting
  • UK Driving License
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
