Assembly Line Supervisor

Ten Live Limited is currently recruiting for an Assembly Line Supervisor - Electrical to oversee the electrical assembly of large generator sets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a team of electrical assemblers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
2. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues that may impact the assembly process, such as supply chain disruptions or equipment malfunctions.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, leveraging your analytical skills and logical decision-making abilities.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical assembly or a related field, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
