About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to join our User Centred Design Team within the Digital Delivery Hub. As a Service Designer at the FCA, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver services that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to design and deliver services that meet user needs
  • Use user-centred design principles to create services that are simple, intuitive, and effective
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain service design artefacts, such as journey maps and service blueprints

What You Will Get From This Role

As a Service Designer at the FCA, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing new services to improving existing ones. You will also have the chance to work with a talented team of designers, developers, and stakeholders to create services that make a real difference to our users.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Service Designer with experience in user-centred design principles and agile methodologies. You should have a strong understanding of service design and be able to apply your skills to real-world problems. In addition, you should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team.

The assessment process consists of an initial screening call with one of our Recruitment Partners. If successful, you will be invited to attend a 30-minute first-stage interview to bring your CV and application to life and share your motivations for this role. If a candidate progresses to the final stage, there will be a competency-based interview, including a case study presentation.
