Academics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support a Year 4 class in a small, outstanding primary school. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and experience working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, delivery, and pupil support
  • Help children with their learning, focusing on numeracy and literacy skills
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level
  • Strong academic background, ideally 2:1 or above
  • Experience working with children, either in a similar role or a different setting
