Clinical Assessment Service Advisor

Job Overview
The Clinical Assessment Service Advisor role requires a caring and organised individual to provide support to patients and their families within our 24/7 service. You will work as part of a diverse and dynamic team to deliver a professional front-line service.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial health and social care screening over the telephone and responding to referrals into the service.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide a comprehensive service.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care or Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- 2 years previous experience of working in a health and/or social care environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary of £26,000 - £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus an excellent benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, and ongoing supervision and support.
