Power Equipment Engineer

Verto People is seeking a Power Equipment Engineer to join their team in the Southwest. As a Power Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and installation services on a range of diesel generator sets and electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis on generators and associated electrical equipment
- Maintain and service critical power supply equipment and associated electrical equipment
- Support PPM where required to include Load banking
- Project spares requirements for upcoming and planned works
The ideal candidate will have experience in preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, testing and repairs on various generators and associated electrical critical power equipment. The salary for this position is approximately £39,000 per annum, plus benefits including overtime pay and a pension scheme.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
