We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team for a fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic HR team at Prax, where you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactively sourcing potential candidates via professional networks.
  • Screening candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for the position.
  • Delivering a consistently excellent service to internal stakeholders.
  • Promoting and elevating our company brand through professional communications.
  • Delivering a brilliant candidate experience to all applicants and candidates.
  • Issuing employment contracts and offer letters.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in full-cycle in-house recruitment.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using professional networks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple concurrent positions.
  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Sound project management skills.
  • Proficient user of professional databases and networks.
  • Confident, engaging, and articulate interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in German language is an advantage.
