Prax is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team for a fixed term of 3-6 months.

This is an office-based role in Weybridge, where you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding.

You will work across multiple vacancies for the corporate team in the UK and Germany, covering functions such as finance & trading, operations, and sales.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, sociable, and proactive with a passion for talent and HR. Previous recruitment experience is essential, and HR exposure is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and on-boarding candidates.
  • Proactively source potential candidates via LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent service to internal stakeholders, promoting and elevating our company brand via social media platforms.
  • Ensure a brilliant candidate experience for all applicants and candidates.
  • Issue employment contracts and offer letters.

Essential Requirements:

  • Vast experience in full-cycle in-house recruitment.
  • Proficient user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple concurrent positions.
  • Experience of using an ATS and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Sound project management skills.
  • Confident, engaging, and articulate interpersonal skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Oil & Gas Industry knowledge.
  • Professional level of German language.
