Early Years Educator Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated and caring Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team at Best Practice Network Limited. As an apprentice, you will work closely with qualified Early Years Practitioners and contribute to providing exceptional early years care.

About the Position
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to individual children's needs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Eligibility and Qualifications
  • Hold a GCSE or equivalent English qualification (Grade 4/C).
  • Possess a Level 2 childcare qualification or be willing to obtain one.
Training and Support

As an apprentice, you will have access to comprehensive training and support, including:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.
  • NCFE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (EYE).
  • Paediatric First Aid certification.
Career Growth and Development

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary: £8/hour (National Apprenticeship Minimum Wage) for the first year, increasing to at least National Minimum wage after 12 months, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
