Job Title: Clinical Director

Neuro Spectroom is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our team of therapists and oversee the delivery of high-quality online therapy services. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our clinical programs, ensuring the highest standards of care for our neurodivergent clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team of therapists, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, person-centered, and effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Oversee the management and supervision of our team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in counseling practice.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance systems to monitor and enhance the effectiveness and safety of our counseling services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care, driving the development of new initiatives and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing counseling services, implementing policies and procedures to protect client privacy, confidentiality, and safety.
Requirements:
  • Clinical degree (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) and relevant professional licensure.
  • Extensive experience in providing counseling services, preferably with a focus on working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of clinical professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for autistic individuals.
  • Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges faced by the autistic community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A commitment to cultural competence, inclusivity, and person-centered care.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing counseling services.
  • A passion for the mission of supporting autistic individuals and their families.
