Job Title: Building Control Compliance Inspector

We Recruit Group Ltd is partnering with a leading property and construction consultancy to find an experienced Building Control Compliance Inspector to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Building Control professional to work with a diverse range of clients across the North West, providing expert advice on building regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct building control inspections, site visits, and surveys to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Offer expert advice on the Building Safety Act and its implications for clients.
  • Liaise with Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake plan checks and inspect properties at key stages of the building process.
  • Provide technical advice to clients, contractors, and colleagues on building regulations and compliance.
  • Ensure projects are completed in line with current building regulations and legislation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of building regulations, codes, and legislation.
  • Travel and mileage expenses covered.
