Job Title: Building Control Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Building Control Surveyor or Building Safety Consultant to join our client's CDM/Principal Designer team in Preston, working on projects across the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a wide range of clients across the built environment in the North West
  • Contribute to the development of building safety and regulations compliance
  • Collaborate with the CDM/Principal Designer team to ensure building regs compliance
  • Provide expert advice on building control and safety regulations

About the Role:

This role has been created in response to the changes happening in the industry related to the Building Safety Act. Our client is looking for a Building Control professional, Approved Inspector, Design Manager, or Architect with several years of experience in the sector.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in building control and safety regulations
  • Strong knowledge of building safety and regulations compliance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
