Job Summary

Altair Employees, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President, EMEA to lead the advancement of our global service capabilities and regional growth. This role will be responsible for building a business development portfolio of prospective regional accounts and supporting related business development efforts to sign new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the offices to ensure the general welfare of team members, instill the culture of Altair, and ensure the region is reflective of Altair's customer service and business practices worldwide.
  • Manage staffing requirements, develop team members, and oversee the regional budgeting process.
  • Address facilities issues as needed, collaborating with corporate management/budget resources as appropriate.
  • Represent Altair at regional and worldwide relocation and HR industry venues, conferences, etc.

Client Partner Experience Functions

  • Conduct regular visits to assigned portfolio of Altair global and regional clients to build relationships and improve results.
  • Collaborate on ensuring resolution of client and customer issues with Global Operations management, and submit updates as appropriate.
  • Provide consulting input as the regional SME on global policy updates/revisions, Altair Advisors and other research and marketing initiatives as appropriate for clients and prospective clients and industry group initiatives.

Requirements

  • Specialized experience in an area of global mobility or assignment management.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive growth in global mobility or related industry including a client service, operations or business development role is required.
  • Demonstrated international operations experience.
  • Experience in managing client relationships is required.

Education

Candidate must possess a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Personnel or Mobility industry certifications are a plus. Fluency in English is required and in one or more regional languages is beneficial.
