About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Retail Associate, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and visual displays.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions.
  5. Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a sense of community among colleagues and customers.
