About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Retail Associate, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and visual displays.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  4. Contribute to achieving sales targets by engaging with customers, promoting products, and providing recommendations.
  5. Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining stock levels, and rotating merchandise.
