Education Team Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for an Education Team Lead to join our team at Recruited UK. As a key member of our education department, you will lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of learners and employers.
About the Role
- Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality training programs
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with industry trends and employer requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Monitor learner outcomes and adjust curriculum strategies accordingly
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of educators to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality training programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners to identify areas for collaboration and growth
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and assessments
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
