Job Description
  1. Undertake thorough research and site appraisals to inform planning decisions, taking into account company objectives and stakeholder needs.
  2. Develop and implement effective planning strategies, leveraging your expertise and enthusiasm for community design.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects, maintaining open communication and fostering positive relationships.
Requirements
  1. Hold a RTPI accredited town planning degree or equivalent, with Chartered (working towards) Member status of the RTPI.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in planning's impact on society.
  3. Prior experience in planning is essential, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
