Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of early childhood educators and support staff
- Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and the local community
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing ongoing training and development opportunities
- Manage budgets and financial records, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in early childhood education and implement educational programs that meet the needs of each child
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Hold a recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Significant experience in a nursery or early childhood setting, with time in a management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
