Job Title: Envelope Manager

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Envelope Manager to join our team at Sphere Solutions. As an Envelope Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of external envelope works, including façades, cladding, roofing, and glazing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to safety standards

* Liaise with design teams, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications

* Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure envelope works align with overall project timelines

* Monitor budgetary constraints to ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality

* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4 years Site Management experience

* Proven experience in envelope or façade management

* Knowledge of cladding systems, roofing, and external finishes

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors

* Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential developments

* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management or equivalent
