We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Sampl Technologies. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of campaigns to deadlines and generating repeat business.

You will manage the briefing process to capture project requirements, brief into our delivery team, and complete the sign-off process. Building strong relationships and widening our stakeholder footprint within client organisations is also a key aspect of this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating referrals from your contacts to introduce our services to other brands / markets within their organisations
  • Creating post campaign analysis reports and presenting results and findings to key stakeholders
  • Managing responses to new briefs, creating proposals and quotes, and negotiating costs and terms
  • Problem solving and issue resolution to deal with challenges that may arise throughout campaigns
  • Creating, maintaining, and actioning account development plans
