Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Occupational Health Staffing Limited is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join their team in Horsham, West Sussex. The successful candidate will work on a full-time permanent basis, with a mix of office and home-based work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health, either in person or by referral, and initiate management of their case.
  • Assess clients' fitness to work for their appropriate job and issue fitness certificates.
  • Support, advise, monitor, and assess the clinical practice of the OH Team.
  • Provide strong leadership to OH Technicians and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Offer clear and professional advice to clients and employees.
Requirements:
  • A qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with proven leadership and management experience in Occupational Health.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to the OH Team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
