Tote Operator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tote Operator to join our team at Central Park Greyhound Stadium.
About the Role:
The Tote Operator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of betting transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of various types of bets and minimum spends.
- Prepare for customer interactions by setting up cash and betting terminals.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to security procedures.
- Effectively operate static and hand-held terminals for table service.
- Safeguard cash and transactions by verifying identity and adhering to Challenge 21 policy.
- Work within the guidelines and regulations of the Gambling Commission, prioritizing vulnerable persons and money laundering prevention.
- Provide a positive experience for customers, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Meet race time constraints and optimize betting time to ensure a seamless experience.
