We are a leading façade construction company with over 50 years of experience in delivering innovative projects. Our team is passionate about excellence and is seeking a talented Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join us.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work on various projects, including high-rise mixed-use developments, hospitals, and football stadiums. As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working closely with our Commercial Manager and will have opportunities for site travels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Monitor and report on project costs and progress
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and proposals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full driving license
