At Spire Healthcare, we're seeking a dedicated Hospital Administrator to join our team.

As a Hospital Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients and visitors across our hospitals. Your duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Assisting with administration tasks such as printing labels and clinic lists
  • Preparing new patient packs and ensuring they are ready for appointments
  • Recording patient notes correctly
  • Assisting with charging of patients

You will also be responsible for:

  • Booking appointments and taking telephone queries
  • Phoning out to new patients to book appointments
  • Completing various spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Ordering stationery stock

We're looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills, who is IT competent and a quick learner. You will have experience in a customer service-based role and be able to multi-task.

As a Hospital Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitals. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong administrative background, we'd love to hear from you.
