Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to support our financial advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and a deep understanding of investment products and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client financial information to support financial advisors in developing financial plans and investment recommendations.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for client meetings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement investment strategies for clients, aligning with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure the firm's compliance and competitiveness.
- Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance, providing exceptional customer service.
- Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors, responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
- Industry-relevant qualifications.
