Job Title: Paraplanner

Hoxton Wealth is a leading international wealth management firm with a strong presence in the UK. We provide bespoke financial planning and investment management services to high net worth individuals and families.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to support our financial advisors in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and a deep understanding of investment products and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client financial information to support financial advisors in developing financial plans and investment recommendations.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement investment strategies for clients.
  • Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors, responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
  • Industry-relevant qualifications.
