About the Role

Arcus Solutions is seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities management operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Administration: Manage and update internal systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Email and Communication Management: Monitor and manage email accounts to ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Subcontractor Management: Liaise with subcontractors to ensure services are booked and received on time.
  • Compliance Documentation: Review and upload compliance documentation into SharePoint storage and CAFM system.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide information for compliance reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Issue Escalation: Liaise with senior management to escalate issues when required.
  • Contractual Awareness: Maintain awareness of contractual limits to ensure maintenance remedial works progress as planned.
  • Tracker Management: Maintain trackers for financial and operational purposes.
  • SLA Management: Monitor compliance planned maintenance works to ensure works are completed within Service Level Agreements.
  • Purchase Order Management: Raise purchase orders for subcontractors and materials.
  • Compliance Queries: Deal with compliance-related queries from stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Manage overdue compliance tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: GCSE in Maths and English.
  • Experience: Experience within a facilities management and compliance environment.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills, experience of other MS Office applications, and experience of using CAFM systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, self-disciplined, strong time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
